Decline of Timeshare Resale Prices

The timeshare “relief” companies are the major problem with the downturn of timeshare resale prices. The timeshare they receive from the timeshare seller is FREE plus they receive almost $4,000 for taking the timeshare from the timeshare owner.  They put this timeshare into a holding company or sell it on EBay for a starting bid of $1.  At any given time, EBay has over 2000 timeshare for sale with a majority with starting bids of $1, with no bids.  With no money paid for the timeshare and huge profits made from the upfront fee they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by pricing a timeshare week so inexpensively.
